Ashley Mae Sebera (born November 29th, 1988) is an American fitness competitor, bodybuilder, and professional wrestler. She is signed to the professional wrestling promotion WWE where she competes in its developmental system WWE NXT under the ring name Dana Brooke.
Body fitness career
Sebera participated in gymnastics for 18 years prior to becoming a fitness competitor and bodybuilder. Between 2011 and 2012, Sebera held several championships within the National Physique Committee (NPC), before earning an International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness (IFBB) pro card in 2012. She placed 12th at the 2013 European Arnold Classic, and placed 13th at the 2015 edition of the Arnold Sports Festival held in Columbus.
World Wrestling Entertainment (2013–present)
Sebera was signed by WWE in June 2013 and was assigned to their developmental territory WWE NXT, where she was given the ring name Dana Brooke. Dana spent time as a Rosebud for Adam Rose, even appearing on the WWE Battleground PPV Kickoff Show, in 2014. Brooke made her first television appearance at the NXT TakeOver: Fatal 4-Way event on September 11, 2014 in a backstage segment with Tyler Breeze. A week later on September 18, she made her in-ring debut at an NXT live event, teaming with Sasha Banks to defeat Alexa Bliss and Bayley. On October 23, Brooke earned her first singles victory over Devin Taylor in a dark match at that night’s NXT tapings.
Brooke made her televised debut on the April 15, 2015 episode of NXT, defeating Blue Pants. On the April 29th episode of NXT, Brooke defeated Bayley following the distraction from Emma. Brooke and Emma teamed up to face Bayley and Charlotte in a tag team match at NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable, which Brooke and Emma lost.
